I am filled with so much emotion as I share the upcoming release of my new track, "Dad," coming out on October 9th. This song is dedicated to my wonderful father, who passed away recently. My dad was everything to me. He was the anchor of our family, a man of absolute integrity, and the person who introduced me to music by teaching me my first guitar chords. When he left us, my world completely stopped spinning. Because music entered my life through him, it felt like music was buried with him. I couldn't touch an instrument or sing without a crushing heaviness in my chest. It took half a year of intense emotional labor just to step into the studio. I wept through countless takes. In the final version, you will hear the raw imperfections, the heavy sighs, and the catching of my breath. I chose to leave them completely untouched. To polish this song would strip away its soul. My dad is alive in my heart, and he will forever be my guiding light.

Basically, the song "has written itself". There's nothing like warm childhood feelings that uplift you and bring happiness and positive energy. The title "Happy New Year" speaks for itself. it was inspired by happy holidays vibes. I wanted to bring childhood warm feelings to it and of course some crispy - crystal magical sounds that start like a fairytale and then builds up into an energetic mixture of sparkly harmony that uplifts your soul, beats and bass that make you want to dance.
